Recorded Videos and Online Courses:

  • The video or course file is corrupted or cannot be accessed.
  • The content is significantly different from what was described on our website.
  • Technical issues prevent access to the video or course, and these issues cannot be resolved by our support team.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • The digital product has been accessed, downloaded, or streamed (unless there is a proven technical issue).
  • Course materials have been partially or fully completed/downloaded.
