- Technical issues prevent access to the video or course, and these issues cannot be resolved by our support team.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- The digital product has been accessed, downloaded, or streamed (unless there is a proven technical issue).
- Course materials have been partially or fully completed/downloaded.
